We’re supposed to have a winter carnival in a couple of weeks for the neighborhood kids who live close to our church, as we have a big winter carnival every year and the kids just like it.

We have all kinds of bounce houses, ice cream, cotton candy, and games for them.

For some of them, it’s the only thing that they get to do during the winter that’s any furn at all. I like the way that their little faces light up whenever they win prizes at the games and get free face painting and ice cream cones. Kids definitely like stuff like that and it’s nice to be able to do it for them for free through the church. I was looking forward to setting up the carnival and helping out with the games, however now the heating system in the gym is all messed up. Since the temperature outside is so freezing right now and it’s only going to get colder, I don’t suppose we are going to be able to do the carnival after all. The gym is the only building that is big enough to be able to hold all of the games and the bounce houses that we are going to be using for the carnival. So we are going to have to make sure that the commercial Heating and A/C corporation is going to be able to get over here and get the heating system up and running again before next weekend! If we can’t get the heating system fixed then I am going to be in big trouble, and I don’t know if we will be able to have the carnival at all if they can’t get it fixed.
