I am having a great time in my yoga classes

Recently, my gym decided to add on a studio that can be used for yoga classes.

The sign above the door says yoga studio, but really they offer all kinds of group fitness and group workout classes there. I have signed up for yoga classes, and I am hoping that they will soon offer Zumba classes as well. I really can’t move as quickly and as gracefully as most other people can because I have arthritis that is pretty severe, but I don’t mind looking like a fool trying to dance. Anyway, I am hoping my yoga classes will help me to be more graceful and more flexible. I am entering the later years of my life, and it is quite common for people my age to start losing balance and strength. I am hoping that my gym membership and the professional know-how of my personal trainer will help me along my health and wellness Journey as I get older. I have never really been one to enjoy exercise. I do not find that it helps my stress like a lot of people do. In fact, knowing that I am going to go exercise often adds to my stress level, but lately I am having a great time in my yoga classes. I am quite surprised that I am enjoying them, And I may not do them forever, but they are fun for now. I am also taking some semi-private Fitness training classes in that little yoga studio. About 6 women have joined up and there is a personal training expert who teaches older ladies how to gain more strength in their limbs. I have noticed that things I could have picked up with these twenty years ago I can no longer budge. It’s almost impossible for me to lift my couch so I can vacuum under it, for example. I am glad that my yoga classes are enjoyable as I ventured down this late in life wellness and fitness journey.
