It took us a bit to get acclimated & accustomed to living in this southern region.

For sure, we’re are glad to be living in the south.

But it honestly came with plenty of unexpected fluctuations. For 1, Buddy and I lived in a large town our entire lives. In fact, I grew up in a home building with truly righteous radiant heating that was just blocks from our wife. But of course in a big city, Buddy and I never met. But radiant heating was involved when my buddy and I did meet. Buddy and I undoubtedly met inside the dorm room of 1 of her friends at school. I remember the radiant heating was set to full blast as well as I could barely handle that amount of heat. She felt the same way as well as Buddy and I both stepped out for a bit of fresh air. The rest, as they say, is history. We have been great partners ever since as well as spent the last 20 years living as well as working in the town Buddy and I grew up in. But part of the program has regularly been to get a parcel of real estate as well as get out of the city. My buddy and I got to the point in our careers where Buddy and I could labor remotely from somewhere. So my buddy and I took a look at a property sale down south. But like I said, it’s taken some getting used to. The weather as well as the brutal heat are atop the list of things to get accustomed to. But Buddy and I gained entirely suddenly all about the effects of direct sun heating when it came to a/c costs. Buddy and I undoubtedly did not even put up any window treatments when my buddy and I first moved into this new home. But the effects of direct sunlight heating woke us up to the fact that my buddy and I needed solar shades to keep the a/c costs to a minimum.
