I adore not having to wear shoes around the lake house during the Winter anymore. It’s all because my husband got radiant heated flooring installed for me last year for Christmas; Radiant heated flooring is a absolutely good heating source. If you can afford to have it installed, I would greatly request it. The two of us live in a absolutely freezing area of the country, but during the winters around here, the floors get super cold. I was not absolutely thinking about that when the two of us bought our house. It has all hardwood plus brick floors plus carpet. I never absolutely thought about it before when the two of us bought the lake house because the two of us bought it during the summer, then however, after the first winter, I realized that I was gonna have a difficult time living here because it is just so dang cold. That first year that the two of us lived here in our home, the temperatures outside got to be below zero for weeks at a time. It was brutal. The words section about it for me was the fact that I could never get my feet to warm up. The wood floors plus brick floors were just freezing freezing plus it was angry for me. That’s when my husband plus I looked into something called radiant heating floorings. He had it installed last year last year for me plus it has absolutely been a game changer for us. It is a good heating plan plus it makes the floors nice plus warm plus toasty all Winter long. If you have absolutely freezing winters plus freezing floors, I would highly request looking into it.
