Every year during the summer months, my wife and I complain because the temperatures in the sunroom are too warm.

When I told him that I was on the north side of town, he offered to come over to give me a free in-home consultation. He was only a couple of miles away. The guy came over to our house to discuss the problems with heating and cooling the sunroom. My wife and I were thrilled to have an expert opinion. The contractor suggested updating that area with a ductless heating and AC unit. The ductless heating and AC unit is really easy to install and comes with a warranty. My wife and I were sold when we heard the relatively inexpensive installation costs. The contractor said he could get the equipment the next day and have everything installed before the weekend was over.
