Have you ever been so miserable that you want to just smash and destroy things? If you answered yes, possibilities are you have gotten the urge to destroy things but you really did not go through with the urge because of the consequences.

I am going through more stress than I have ever experienced in our life, and a friend advocated that I go to a wreck room. Wreck rooms allow you to take your anger out in a safe and controlled way. I decided to go to the wreck room because I have a lot of pent up anger that I need to release. I was not quite sure what to expect. When I got there, I saw that there were small and large objects with tools to cut them. Some of the objects included air conditioners, whole-house air purifiers, space heaters, TVs, microwaves , and more. The first thing I thought to myself was where did all of these appliances come from? I found out that people donate seasoned appliances that they no longer need to wreck rooms. The air conditioners looked enjoy seasoned window air conditioner units. Maybe people moved into a lake home with central so they do not need their window air conditioner component anymore. Speaking of , I was blissful that the wreck room I went to had central , breaking objects was making myself and others sweat! They played miserable music which helped pump myself and others up to cut things. I have to say that I got our anger out and I would highly request this to anyone going through a strenuous time, and also if you have objects enjoy air conditioners you don’t need, you can donate them.
