Have you ever been so angry that you want to just smash and destroy things? If you answered yes, chances are you have gotten the urge to destroy things but you probably did not go through with the urge because of the consequences.

I am going through more stress than I have ever experienced in my life, and a friend suggested that I go to a wreck room.

Wreck rooms allow you to take your anger out in a safe and controlled way. I decided to go to the wreck room because I have a lot of pent up anger that I need to release. I was not quite sure what to expect. When I got there, I saw that there were small and large objects with tools to break them. Some of the objects included air conditioners, air purifiers, space heaters, televisions, microwaves , and more. The first thing I thought to myself was where did all of these appliances come from? I found out that people donate old appliances that they no longer need to wreck rooms. The air conditioners looked like old window air conditioner units. Maybe people moved into a home with central air conditioning so they do not need their window air conditioner unit anymore. Speaking of air conditioning, I was glad that the wreck room I went to had central air conditioning. Breaking objects was making me sweat! They played angry music which helped pump me up to break things. I have to say that I got my anger out and I would highly recommend this to anyone going through a hard time. Also if you have objects like air conditioners you don’t need, you can donate them.
