I really thought that that would be all that there was to it.

A couple of weeks ago whenever I was trying to clean the air ducts in my house, I ended up falling and hurting myself. This was not really all that surprising to me because I am constantly falling and tripping and things like that. My mom says that I am the clumsiest person that she has ever met and I cannot say that she’s wrong. I really am clumsy, and I am not denying that! I don’t know what came over me when I decided to try to clean the air ducts in the house myself. I guess I probably should have just called the local heating and cooling company to make an appointment but I just couldn’t bring myself to do it. I didn’t want to have to pay for an air duct cleaning, but I wasn’t really sure how to go about cleaning out the ductwork myself. I thought that it would just be simple enough to take the air vent covers off of the air ducts and vacuum them out. I really thought that that would be all that there was to it. That wasn’t the case for me, though. I ended up falling off the ladder that I was climbing on and then I fell into the wall and hurt my arm. It was very painful and I felt like a big idiot when I had to pick myself up off the floor. Not only that, but the air vent cover flew through the air and landed on my head! I couldn’t believe my bad luck.
