My HVAC job utilizes my shoulders much of the time

That’s pretty much all I need to say about happiness, I earned those traits from 30 years of playing activities as the same goes for playing team activities with other people.

I’ve been taught a lot from playing activities and have made a lot of friends doing it and I am really glad to still be playing competitively after so many years! The local heating and cooling corporation where I do my heating and air conditioning work has had a few tournaments on the beach and I won more than one of them. The fifth tourney I played in didn’t go so well as I dislocated my shoulder swinging too hard trying to hit the volleyball. The grand prize for the tourney was a brand current central heat and a/c equipment and I easily wanted to win but ended up doing more destruction to my body. I’ve also dislocated my shoulder several times now but have been doing a lot of rehab on it and it’s been easily good lately. I am going to be installing a huge commercial heat pump and A/C equipment for a business and am glad that my shoulders are still strong enough to get myself and others through the work. I thought when I kept dislocating my shoulder that my heating and air conditioning tech job would be in jeopardy but with all of the physical therapy I’ve done for it the thing just keeps on going. I also do a lot of rubber band work on the rotator cuff and it has made it much stronger in the process. I have the local business to thank for showing myself and others the exercises.
