I’ve had a few occasions to learn that putting things off constantly ends in awful stuff happening.

So why can’t I figure that out and stop my procrastination? With the Heating as well as Air Conditioning unit, there was yet another example to be thrown in our face.

The whole thing started early in the early Springtime when the Heating as well as Air Conditioning corporation rep told Ed and I we were getting to a point where the Heating as well as Air Conditioning component just wasn’t going to work much longer. The Heating as well as Air Conditioning utility costs had risen and the Heating as well as Air Conditioning device was running more to meet demand. Initially, I reacted much as I constantly do with hopes that something miraculous could save myself and others from having to deal with the Heating as well as Air Conditioning unit. Heating as well as Air Conditioning devices are extravagant, but the possibilities of a miraculous heating and cooling solution was negligible. Still, I did nothing about the Heating as well as Air Conditioning equipment. The Summer came along, and Ed and I needed plenty of Heating as well as Air Conditioning cooling as it gets wickedly humid in this region. And still, I had done nothing about replacing the seasoned heat pump. Ed kept telling myself and others over and over again that I needed to address the faulty heating and cooling equipment. I procrastinated. By September, that heating pump failed. And of course, it was going to take 6 weeks before Ed and I could get a current heat pump. This resulted in Ed going to her parents to stay in their charming Heating as well as Air Conditioning cooling. And I remained at this house with the cats in the heat and humidity of our house while I waited the current Heating as well as Air Conditioning equipment. I’d appreciate thinking that I’ve acquired our lesson. But just the other day, I put off setting the Heating as well as Air Conditioning heating service appointment because there was a football game on that I wanted to watch. I may never learn.
