It’s late September and while I haven’t felt the first easily freezing wind that signals Winter time is around the corner, it’s not far off.

This is why I make time every year to prepare the house for the winter.

If I don’t do the Winter time prep, there is nobody to blame but myself when I get the high heat bills. So, that’s what I do in September.
