I will be leaving my job at the heating and air conditioning company that I have been working for.

I had been working here for about 20 years.

The reason I am leaving the heating and air conditioning company is because another heat and a/c corporation has offered me a higher paying job to be their chief heating and cooling specialist. And what a chief heating and cooling specialist does is oversee the operations of the heating and air conditioning company under the main manager. Sort of like an assistant manager in the heating and air conditioning world. I ended up getting this job offer because a friend of mine who works there suggested me to apply because I had all the qualifications. Not to mention I was not happy with the lower pay I was getting for all my hard work at the heating and air conditioning company that I had been working for going on nearly 2 decades. There was no excuse to have never got a raise in all of that time. But now the day is finally here where I can move on from all of that and have a better paying job in the heating and air conditioning business and have some kind of a mid life career change while still staying in the same side of things. I think it is all wonderful and I am thankful for my friend getting me this job! I will have to do something special for them to really say thank you and how much I appreciated it.
