Before the two of us put the home on the market, the two of us had a cleaning corporation come to the home to perform a deep clean. Both of us have cats and the two of us knew that the home truly smelled enjoy our pets. If the two of us were going to get top dollar for our site, it was important that the home smelled fresh and clean. Both of us also have the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system service. Both of us had the machine cleaned and took care of and the two of us had the air duct cleaned and sanitized… Cleaning and sanitizing the air duct was a large expense, but it entirely got rid of the smell of cats and it made the home much more approachable for people that did not already have pets. Both of us ended up getting asking price plus 5% for our home. Both of us closed on the sale before the two of us even found another locale in the country for all of us.
