My neighbor is a small company owner. The guy has an Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C repair business. I’ve never used his Services before. I do not have a lot of money, so I use the cheapest location available. When our gas furnace broke down in the middle of winter, I did not have anyone to call and I did not have any money to service the problem. I went next door to our neighbor’s condo and I knocked on the door. I begged the guy to help me out. I told him that I would find a way to pay him back for the services and he told me not to worry. It turned out to be a fairly simple concern to service once the guy took the gas furnace apart and looked at the equipment. I still wanted to find a way to know the repair guy for helping me out when I did not have any money at all. I decided to thank the gas furnace repairman by making him some cookies. I did not know what style of cookies that person appreciated, however I was certain that I could come up with 1 or several recipes that would be tasty. I made some chocolate chip cookies and oatmeal raisin. I also made some cranberry mini muffins with red zest. I waited until the repair guy was house for the day and then I went over to the condo with the baked goods. The guy looked entirely surprised, however he happily accepted our gifts and told me not to hesitate to contact him again if I have other concerns and no 1 else to call.
