I turned off the A/C device and I called the condo building manager.

I was supposed to meet with the therapist at 10:00 a.m. last Sunday. I had to call and reschedule the appointment because I was having vehicle trouble. I knew that I could not reschedule the appointment again without getting into significant trouble, however part of our probation is going to the court appointed therapist every week. I missed the previous week and the therapist gave me a warning and told me that I could not make it a habit. I woke up late on Sunday and I knew that I had to run entirely fast to get to the subway so I could make it to the appointment on time, however when I got our running shoes out of the closet in the family room, I noticed water all over the carpet and the floor. The water was coming from the A/C unit. I turned off the A/C device and I called the condo building manager. The lady told me that I had to stay there and wait for the A/C repair specialist to arrive. I told the woman that I was late for an appointment and I could not stay home, however unfortunately for me, someone had to be in the condo in order for the A/C repair repair to service the system and get rid of the water and the hall and the closet. I had to call our therapist again and this time she wanted me to send proof of the concerns with the A/C unit. After missing 2 weeks in a row, I guess I can’t blame her for being distrusting.
