During school and even in our community, I was on the swim team.

I participated in a lot of athletic activitys, however this one by far was our number one! While most of our memories are favorable, whether it be me holding up our golden and silver trophies, being pronounced champion of the team or other smaller things, I did have one absurdly embarrassing thing happen that I will absolutely never live down.

My team had a competition at 12:00 sharp, however before that, there were a lot of important supplier people checking out our community, I’m not sure what they were here for, however it looked big. I headed out to our swim team, completely missing the text that said the swim team was canceled as the important supplier people were going to be there… Figuring that I would need to provide an encouraging speech to our teammates before the contest, I hopped on the period behind the curtains. Suddenly, the curtains opened and a bright light shined on me. All of the important supplier people were staring at me, slack jawed as I stood in our speedos in front of their projector. Whoops. I mumbled an apology and rushed off the stage, our face a bright shade of red. I never mentioned this to our teammates, however it was such an embarrassing moment for me. I suddenly started getting changed, now being cold from the chilling AC system, then out of frustration, I turned the darn air conditioner system off and rushed back home. I then sat in front of our furnace to stay warm, much better than being next to the AC all the time!
