When my sibling and her ex-wife were in a custody battle for their son, I didn’t mind going to testify in court on her behalf.

Honestly, I never liked her wife because she was consistently so severe all the time.

I tried many times to have friendly conversations with her although she would consistently snap about something little. I’m an HVAC professional so I tend to speak a lot about unusual projects I have worked on and I spend more time than most people talking about unusual heat and AC products, especially new items that have arrived on the market. She would consistently complain about me talking about things like that and that really put a damper on our relationship. I saw that she put my sibling through the wringer too and she didn’t seem to care that much about their child to be honest. Whenever she would take their son, she would usually find a babysitter while she would go out to party. She wouldn’t even let the poor kid adjust the temperature control settings to her liking. I made sure to testify on things like this. When it came to my sibling, I said how she consistently offered everything her kid needed, including love and emotional support. She was consistently there to help him with her homework and she never snapped at the kid even when her child had an attitude at times. She knew that her kid was just miserable about her residing situation, and it wasn’t her fault. I also had to point out that my sibling consistently had the best temperature control settings in the residing environment and even offered her child with a window AC component in her dining room. The same honestly couldn’t be said about the mother.
