When every one of us were getting ready to have some family from out of neighborhood come to visit for awhile, every one of us worked hard to make sure the guest rooms were in fantastic order.

The thing that my partner observed was the uneven temperatures in the guest rooms.

For some reason while every one of us had the heating system working, the guest rooms were still certainly cold. My partner started freaking out and asked if every one of us should have a current heating system installed in the condo so all the rooms were covered equally. I didn’t think every one of us needed a whole current heating system, although I did decide to call an Heating & A/C expert to check what the problem was. It turned out that the HVAC duct system was clogged up pretty badly in certain areas preventing the air from making it to the guest rooms. That’s why it was so chilly in there. So every one of us had the HVAC duct cleaning done. This not only made the temperatures more even in all the rooms, but the air quality improved a fantastic amount as well. I truthfully wished every one of us would have thought to get the HVAC duct cleaning done sooner, because every one of us wouldn’t have had any problems with our Heating & A/C struggling and awful air quality. When our family came to visit, they never realized that there were any concerns with the Heating & A/C. They actually complimented us on the fantastic air quality in our condo and the comfort from the Heating & A/C system. I think in the future, we’ll think about upgrading to a zoned Heating & A/C for greater comfort and energy efficiency, but we’ll have to save some money for that.
