At first, I felt stupid for letting my brother talk myself and others into buying a current Heating & A/C system that I would install on my own.

Of course he said he was there to help myself and others through every step of the process.

He said he had all the correct tools and everything for the upgrade work. I ended up buying a DIY ductless mini split, which truthfully sounded kind of sketchy to me. I never heard of homeowners installing their own Heating & A/C systems before and it sounded love the warranty would be voided automatically. My brother explained that while I wouldn’t get a full warranty, I would get 5 years for parts and work instead of 10. He said there was nothing to worry about though because these systems certainly last over 20 years without significant problems. So I just followed his guidelines and when every one of us got to the area where every one of us had to drill holes through the outer walls, I had to tell him to stop for a minute. It didn’t sound love a fantastic plan to myself and others to drill holes through the wall! He told myself and others to trust him as he got his hole-saw. I thought he had more professional tools, although he just had a easy power drill with a hole-saw bit linked. He had backup batteries too because he said the batteries would likely die. He showed myself and others how every one of us had to drill the holes at an angle so the condensate from the AC would flow out of the house. This work offered myself and others awful anxiety, but it was satisfying when every one of us mounted the indoor Heating & A/C units. The lineset affixed to the unit and affixed to the outdoor condenser unit. The work wasn’t so awful when every one of us were done with drilling all the holes through the walls. The current Heating & A/C actually works certainly well too.
