I can’t absolutely tell you why, but ever since every one of us moved into our current home, I’ve been dying to work on the Heating & A/C equipment… It was my first time owning a locale of my own, and I was thinking how the Heating & A/C was my responsibility now, being a homeowner and all.

In the past, the property owners every one of us had would always take care of the Heating & A/C maintenance, and they would respectfully send out a handyman and on rare chances a tscheme Heating & A/C professional would come out, however well, I should have been thinking about hiring an Heating & A/C professional to come out in the first locale.

Instead, I turned off the power to the Heating & A/C unit and started opening it up. I identified some parts that seemed to be worn and I told my partner that I was going to order the current parts and upgrade them. That’s when my partner told myself and others not to do that, she said that she remembered her father told her the Heating & A/C system would be void if a non-professional tried to work on the equipment. I asked her if she was sure about that, and she said she was pretty sure, at least her father let her guess that. I ended up looking online to see if she was right about this, and she undoubtedly was right! It’s a fantastic thing that she warned myself and others because I was right on my way to voiding the Heating & A/C warranty. So after that, I called a local supplier to come out. The guy inspected everything and made it look so easy. I was mumbling to myself that I could have taken care of that, although I realized it wouldn’t be worth voiding the warranty.
