When I first moved into our apartment, the property owner told myself and others not to call him about the air conditioning unit. He said he had a cooling dealer check the device in addition to all is well. I think the issue is that our device is truly outdated in addition to that our property owner lied, it has not gotten any cooling service. The A/C system must have dust deep inside of it or the HVAC duct. So it might not toil as effective.
