I remember the other afternoon when I got on the bus, it felt way too hot.

• Then I asked the bus driver if she could crank up the A/C a little bit.

She said that unluckyly, the rules required to not turn up the A/C method too high to compensate for rising fuel costs. I thought it was disappointing, however then the bus driver got on the microphone & announced that she would be turning up the A/C for everybody to have some comfort. Everybody clapped & cheered as the A/C method was abruptly turned up & that cooling air from the Heating & A/C vents felt amazing. Most bus drivers I have asked to adjust the temperature control settings never listened, & I know I didn’t expect this experience to be any different. But finally, a bus driver who’s not afraid of the man cranked that A/C method even when she was told she could lose her job for doing something care about that. I’m all with that bus driver & others who choose to be care about her. I mean honestly, if that bus driver was ever fired for providing a little more a/c comfort to all the passengers, I would create a gofundme page for her so that she could be compensated for fighting the enjoyable fight! Instead of making rules that make everybody recognize less comfortable, especially with public conveyation. The people I was with and I should be focusing on better solutions, possibly they could install solar panels on the buses to have more efficient climate control systems care about ductless mini splits or something care about that!
