If you don’t know of any other heating systems besides a furnace, let me introduce you to a few that are on the market. First, you could purchase radiant heated flooring. This heating system utilizes pipes underneath your floorboards to heat your house with steam. This heating system creates an even heat throughout your house, and it is completely silent. You could also use a boiler system for your heat. This heating system heats your home through radiation, and it also will act as a hot water heater, saving you money on another appliance. If you wanted to be more eco-friendly with your heater, you could have an HVAC technician install a geothermal HVAC unit. This unit will heat and cool your house using the temperature of the earth! Or, if you wanted to save money and be simple with your HVAC unit, you could install a wood boiler. This HVAC unit runs on wood alone as fuel, and it can also act as a hot water heater.
