That was well out of my budget.

It took nearly a decade of saving every dollar that I could. And I mean I was out there splitting coupons, hitting sales and anything else I could do to save currency. But my hopes of having my own beach house with the sort of quality heating and air that I so longed for finally came true. I was fortunate to live in a nice apartment. It had nice Heating plus A/C device and was a fairly nice site. But with the rent rising each year, I was even further motivated to save my nickels and dimes in order to get my own site. I’m now doing just that but it’s been a bit of a work in progress. The beach house I could afford is small and it needed a lot of work. But it’s just me and a pet so it’s not like I needed some palatial arena anyway. The beach house itself is in good structural shape but needed plenty of TLC and many substitutes. That quality heating and air that I was so keen on was 1 of the prime substitutes I sought. But the process had to change right in the middle of the Heating plus A/C device substitutement. The Heating plus A/C contractor delivered the bad news that the HVAC duct in my beach house was not up to the task and would have to be substituted as well. That was well out of my budget. So the Heating plus A/C professional recommended that I go with a ductless multi split idea for the heating and cooling in my new site. It fit the budget and then some so I was onboard. Now that I have the ductless heat pumps, I don’t know I’ll ever go another way when it comes to residential Heating plus A/C.
