The time for bracing & prepping is over.

The summer time is here & the heat & humidity are on.

If you’re not ready now for the heat of summer, you better get busy. For me, summer time heat preparations begin in the Spring. Once the temperatures start to rise in early April, I normally call the Heating and Air Conditioning supplier to get the Heating and Air Conditioning maintenance done on the Heating and Air Conditioning equipment. That’s where any sort of summer time prep should start. By getting the air conditioner tune-up done in the Spring, I know two substantial things are going to happen over the summer. First, the Heating and Air Conditioning equipment will be ready for the giant load it has to deal with when it comes to air conditioner all summer. But maybe more substantially, the Heating and Air Conditioning component is in tip top shape which allows for it to perform the Heating and Air Conditioning cooling job at peak efficiency. And that’s a giant area of dealing with the summer time heat. I also make sure I get a superb seal on our home. That means sealing some gaps on the exterior & making sure the weather stripping is in superb shape. The heat pump is so substantial & not just for the Heating and Air Conditioning cooling. That cooling process is also balancing the humidity levels inside the house. And that is a really substantial component to the Heating and Air Conditioning cooling process. That humidity balance does a couple of things. First, it makes the air inside the up-to-date home believe so much more crisp & cool. More substantially, reducing the humidity level & keeping it balanced mitigates the mold growth in the house. That’s so substantial when it comes to general cleanliness & respiratory health.
