I take a swim each day where I live overseas & I don’t have any problems.

• When I am back here visiting my folks & taking a swim in the Gulf of Mexico it is another story altogether.

I’ve heard of way too many shark attacks to not think about it while I am swimming here in these waters that are teaming with sharks. The number one place for shark attacks is undoubtedly in this state, so it isn’t just in my mind. Hang on, I need to turn on my cooling machine & I’ll tell you more. Okay, so there is one particular place on the east coast, which sits on the Atlantic Ocean & has the initials NSB, & it has had about 300 shark attacks over the past century. My Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C machine tech buddy was surfing there one time & got his hand chomped trying to fend off a bull shark. I’ve lived on the water since I was 7 years old & have heard about a bunch of attacks here & some fishermen even caught multiple great white sharks just a couple miles off shore. I was doing a Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C machine replacement one day on this residence on the water & saw a sizable fin breaking through the water just a few feet off of the dock where I would probably jump in to cool off. Some guy got attacked & killed doing the same exact thing one day off of his dock while his fiance was there watching the shocking situation. What a scene that must have been, jeez. I’m cheerful just remaining on land & taking care of my A/C machine repairs while I look at the sea.
