Living in the north all my life didn’t leave me with much experience with how to properly air condition a house.

All of us swiftly figured out that both of us had to close a lot of shades in the beach house to stop the direct sunshine heating from raising the temperature of the ambient air. Once both of us did that and got a bit more control of some thermostat setting parameters, both of us got our Heating and Air Conditioning cooling bill to a easily sustainable level.
