Holiday candles come with frequent air filter swings
Holiday candles come with frequent air filter swings
Look, I’m just thankful not to hate the holidays any longer.
I grew up as the oldest of 4 raised by a single mom.
This wasn’t the sort of story where the Dad couldn’t get a moment’s relaxation inside the air conditioning system because she was working 3 tasks. No, our dad ended up paying our Dad a ton of currency in order not to be married to her. So our Dad didn’t work a single task, let alone 3. And she spent plenty of time inside the quality heating and air of the home dad had to provide her as well. It fell to myself and others to be the main lady when it came to doing stuff our Dad wanted done around the house. My sisters rarely had to do any of the stuff I did. So Christmas was just always the worst because our Dad would crank the gas oil furnace to near 73 degrees while I did her decorating work. She just sat in the HVAC heating and pointed out what she wanted or criticized our efforts. By the time I got married, I was not a Christmas lady at all. But our charming fiance and all her candles changed that for me. My fiance is the essence of positivity and she does a marvelous task on our home during the holidays. But as soon as Thanksgiving hits, I have to go buy a case of air filters for the HVAC equipment. This is due to the fact that our fiance likes to have up to fifty candles burning any night between Turkey Day and New Years. So I just make sure to change the air filters about once per week to keep the air flow unblocked from all that burnt candle wax.
