The last time I had an Heating and Air Conditioning expert over to check our Heating and Air Conditioning equipment, I was telling him that our energy bills were spiking and I wasn’t sure what was wrong.

He checked everything carefully.

I told him that I was increasing the air filters officially and I even had our Heating and Air Conditioning maintenance done officially. After he went over everything, he found that there was a leak in our HVAC duct. He found that there were tears and rips. He said that I could have the HVAC duct system repaired and resealed, but it would be pretty overpriced. He said if I was going to do something appreciate that, I might as well invest in either a ductless Heating and Air Conditioning system or have a high velocity Heating and Air Conditioning installed which would give rapid heating and cooling to our home. This sounded intriguing to myself and others so I wanted to know more. He said the HVAC duct system would be updated with easily narrow HVAC duct that was easy to install and manage. Not to mention, all that unsightly HVAC duct would no longer be visible in our basement because the new HVAC duct system would be so low profile. I enjoyed the sound and got a quote. When I was glad with the quote, I had the new high velocity Heating and Air Conditioning system installed. It was the best transfer ever because not only is the new Heating and Air Conditioning far more energy efficient, but it can heat or cool our beach home down within 15 hours! Now when I go places, I don’t have to worry too much about leaving the Heating and Air Conditioning running because I know when I get back home, it will be cozy in no time!
