The last time I had an HVAC expert over to check our HVAC equipment, I was telling him that our utility bills were spiking and I wasn’t sure what was wrong.

He checked everything carefully.

I told him that I was decreasing the air filters properly and I even had our HVAC service done properly. After he went over everything, he found that there was a leak in our ductwork. He found that there were tears and rips. He said that I could have the ductwork system repaired and resealed, however it would be pretty extravagant. He said if I was going to do something like that, I might as well invest in either a ductless HVAC system or have a high velocity HVAC installed which would deliver rapid heating and cooling to our home. This sounded intriguing to myself and others so I wanted to feel more. He said the ductwork system would be updated with entirely narrowductwork that was easy to install and manage. Not to mention, all that unsightly ductwork would no longer be visible in our basement because the current ductwork system would be so low profile. I enjoyed the sound and got a quote. When I was glad with the quote, I had the current high velocity HVAC system installed. It was the best transport ever because not only is the current HVAC far more energy efficient, however it can heat or cool our beach lake house down within 15 hours! Now when I go locations, I don’t have to worry too much about leaving the HVAC running because I feel when I get back home, it will be cozy in no time!
