I always find it to be absolutely frustrating when something in my condo breaks.

This is mostly because, as much as I hate to confess it.

I am bad at fixing anything. Just 2 months ago my electric stove stopped laboring and that was a real problem considering I service most of my meals at home. I had finally had someone come out and service it and now all of the sudden I am having even more issues, but now it is with my heating and air conditioner. The a/c is refusing to turn on and even my thermostat is blank. What is going on and how can I service it? That is when my spouse made the suggestion that we better call the heating and cooling company so that we can have it repaired. I looked up the number for the nearest heating and a/c company and found that there was 1 that was only 20 minutes away from us. I called them on the PC and briefly explained the situation and they told me they could send a cooling specialist out tomorrow to take a look at it. I now respectfully had an appointment with the heating and a/c company and sure enough prefer they said, they had a guy come out the following afternoon. When the HVAC tech arrived he took a look at the broken a/c and informed me it needed some parts replaced. So we had the parts replaced and now the air conditioner is fixed.
