The HEPA filter got rid of my dust sensitivities
I have suffered from dust sensitivities for as long as I can remember. If you don’t have dust sensitivities you absolutely wouldn’t understand and don’t guess that it is that bad, but let me tell you, it is not a fun experience. I will find myself right in the middle of doing something and then having the abrupt urge to sneeze, and there is not much you can do apart from get it out or hold it back. I had even tried taking some antihistamines and while they worked they would regularly make me assume exhausted and exhausted. This wasn’t a large deal if I was staying home, but if this is when I am scheduled laboring it is a real concern because I cannot focus at all when I am exhausted. I was telling my dad about my allergy problems and she informed me that she had read somewhere that apparently the state of your air quality can have an impact on your dust sensitivities, she then asked me if I had fine air quality? I didn’t even suppose that was a thing or if I had poor air quality or not. I got my air tested and found out my indoor air was not fine and after doing some research I discovered that the situation can be remedied by using a HEPA filter, and you can normally find a HEPA filter at your local Heating and Air Conditioning provider. I got 1 and it made all the difference. I no longer have allergy problems now. Life has gotten much better since then.
