Ever since I moved out of my parents house, it had been a strenuous transition.

I’m doing just fantastic on my own and all, as a matter of fact things are going great, it is just that, as much as I complained when I was living at home, I have found myself missing my Dad and dad.

So I try to visit them as often as possible! One of my favorite activities that I used to do when I was a little child was to bake things with my mom. Admittedly, back then she did most of the baking and I did most of the tasting, as would be expected of a kid. Thankfully things have not changed too much because my Dad and I still appreciate to bake things together, just yeahterday, she invited me over to do some all day baking, and I was elated when she did! I headed over there on a Thursday when I had my time off, and all of us spent all day making all sorts of delicious treats… My dad regularly loved it when all of us made things, mostly because the final result was him getting to eat some. All of us made a cake, some cookies, and some brownies. The only downside to doing a lot of baking is that the condo will abruptly fill with all kinds of unwanted odors, and but thankfully this was something that my parents did not have to worry about because they had long ago replaced it to a easily nice heating and cooling system.
