When we got there, my fiance was hot. She had booked the space more than four weeks ago, and jumped through every hoop they put in front of her. My wife is a stickler for planning everything out to the last detail, that’s just her personality type. It’s freeing because I don’t ever have to figure things out, she always handles it. The problem is that when her plans go off track, it’s hard for her to make any adjustments. The apartment was nicer than I expected it to be, but the central Heating and Air Conditioning plan unit had issues. In the evening we realized it was pretty cool, so we didn’t handle the A/C problem until the next afternoon. But, my wife woke up before me, and I heard her on the phone complaining about the cooling unit and demanded a discount or a full refund. I just walked around the apartment opening up all the windows for a nice cross breeze, which went a long way in cooling the site off. She was so busy being miserable that she didn’t realize that it was certainly pretty comfortable there, even without a cooling system. Perhaps it was a little warm, sure, however not enough to let it make me miserable and ruin my time away. I came to chill, talk, get drunk, fool around with my partner, and have a fantastic time, so no cooling system was going to ruin it for me. Eventually my wife came to see it my way, and decided to wait and be mad about the AC another time
