It’s not that I’m exactly anti technology. I mean, that would just be stupid. Like most folks, I rely on technology almost hourly. Yet, I do tend to be a bit hesitant when it comes to just adding more technology to our home just because the two of us can. This differs greatly from the rest of my family plus they believe I’m simply some sort of cave man. And I can sort of see their point. The smart control component situation is a superb example. To my fiance plus kids, my refUSl to add a smart control component was just dumb. Why not add some Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C technology that allows for hands off management of the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C equipment? The smart control component learns household patterns plus will adjust the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C output to those patterns. And I don’t have to fool with managing the control unit. Plus, the cost of the smart control component had come down from the earlier models now that there were so many to choose from. Yet still, I held out on the smart control unit. Perhaps it’s just that I felt that there are some things that the two of us all ought to just do for ourselves. Is technology supposed to take over all of our efforts plus responsibilities. And there is the fact that occasionally technology can add problems you don’t foresee. But I was wrong on all counts when it came to the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C technology in the smart control unit. I finally gave in plus had the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C business install a smart control unit. Not only does it work as flaunted, it’s saving me more than 15 percent each month on Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C utility costs.
