I own a lot of peculiar pieces of property & they are scattered all over the Northeast & South part of the country.

I have lived in both arenas, so I have a couple of commercial & residential properties in both areas.

When I am residing down south, I have a property employer that handles all of the supplier affairs for the property up north. When I am spending numerous weeks in the north, I have a project employer that handles all of the property affairs down here! Near the end of Winter last year, I gained a iPhone call from our property employer, but one of the lake house buildings needed a current furnace. The cost for the current furnace was $1,710. It was near the end of winter, despite the fact that I needed to make the upgradement. I had renters residing in the building & that apartment. I wrote a check to the company that upgraded the furnace. They sent myself and others an invoice & a copy of the bill paid in full. When I inspected the lake house before renting it again, I decided to supply the furnace a complete & total tune-up. I was alarmed when I saw the make & model of the furnace, because it was exactly the same as the outdated a single. After more inspection, I realized that this was the exact same furnace in the home. I contacted the property employer instantly & we made an appointment to meet at the office to discuss some details from the previous week. I presented all of our evidence to the guy & he had to confess to the crime.
