• The people I was with and I go down south right before Christmas and stick around until may.

That way the two of us get the best of both worlds. I will admit, I like my little beach modern home more than my northern home. I appreciate having a small modern home to care for and clean. It makes everything so easy. I appreciate that I can just walk out my door and hit the water. I appreciate the weather and the relaxation. The beach modern home is not as great of a modern home as my northern one though. There are lots of problems with it. I have needed to scrape popcorn ceilings and update drywall. I also needed to update electric and plumbing parts. I am eager to get a modern Heating, Ventilation and A/C system, everytime my hubby and I go down south the device is totally frozen solid. I learn online it is because the AC is filled with dust and over works itself. I talked to a Heating, Ventilation and A/C corporation about it and he told myself and others I should use the AC until it won’t run anymore; He says I can get another few years out of it. I hate taking a hair dryer and melting the block of ice. I hate mucking out the condensate drain and getting rid of all the dust. I entirely want a modern air conditioning system so I don’t have to worry about it. My hubby is giddy every year the two of us get out of it. It makes our great southern getaway not as fun. I don’t want to mess around with AC repairs everytime I visit.
