I purchased a brand up-to-date metal garage door & the thing already has an yellow appreciate tint to it

My fiance & I purchased a beach home that we are fixing up & going to rent it out as an airbnb. The beach home could be attractive however right now is a mess. The living room sink & faucet are a stained, cheap white. The countertops are laminate & cracking. The floors are coming up & the bathroom fixtures are stained, however what really is difficult is that being near the ocean means saltwater. I have found that salt water rusts everything. The light switches & outlets inside the home are just patches of rust. The windows are covered in rust & all deck furniture needs to be plastic. The Heating & A/C system looks really bad. I felt appreciate a swift kick with our boot & I could puncture a hole in it. I thankfully found 1 Heating & A/C supplier that deals with coastal Heating & A/C systems. They have special liquids & sealants they put on the units to protect them from saltwater. It is twice as fancy & every year I would need to call to get the coastal protection on it. I think it is worth it though. So far I have found that everything that has metal parts gets ruined by the beach. I purchased a brand up-to-date metal garage door & the thing already has an yellow appreciate tint to it. How terrible is that? I don’t guess how people live at the beach year round. They must be used to their stuff always looking terrible & looking yellow. Maybe I should ask if they have tried coastal protection on their Heating & A/C units.
