My Mom had a grand idea to open up a roadside hotel near the new amusement park they were building, then Mom was never great with business, in addition to he had awful timing, so he built the entire hotel before the park was finished.

Then they pulled the plug on the park altogether, in addition to the people I was with and I were stuck with a hotel in the middle of nowhere.

The people I was with and I sold the lake house in addition to moved into the hotel, in addition to I am still residing here this week, with my own family. After some mild refurbishing, the people I was with and I are pushing the locale online as an Air BnB destination. Most of the rooms needed air conditioner units, in addition to that was a large expense so the people I was with and I had to do it a little at a time. Back when the locale was new, however never going to open for business, my Mom had sold off most of the Heating and A/C machine in addition to the electronics. Why have TV in addition to A/C in every room at that point, he reasoned, so he sold them off piecemeal to recoup some of his losses, and now that the people I was with and I wanted to have some guests, those rooms needed to have TV in addition to A/C once more. The people I was with and I started off with twelve rooms, in addition to after that I would repair the temperature control in more rooms as needed. Much to our surprise, those twelve rooms were booked solid for a month within a few afternoons ,so the people I was with and I called the Heating and A/C contractor back up in addition to asked for more work. It turns out that abandoned theme park has become a tourist destination because it is rumored to be haunted, so maybe Mom was right after all.
