The change in latitude was a entirely welcome situation.

Had I known that living in the south would be as charming as it is, I would have replaced the Heating & A/C in the old condo & moved earlier.

But I think it’s better a bit late than never. For one, my partner & I entirely didn’t want to uproot the children just because we were ready to be done with winter, the gas gas furnace & all the heating bills. So once the last one was off to college, we started figuring out how to get south. Both of us own our consulting supplier so it wasn’t prefer we had to find tasks. Still, moving a supplier & our lives to a odd area of the country was not without a considerable effort. But it was worth all the toil we put in. Like I said, we replaced the Heating & A/C equipment along with the family room & put on a new roof. This got us a entirely good price on our family home. And we were able to parlay that into a entirely nice piece of property with a perfect sized little bungalow on it. There were replaces that had to happen to our new location. And one of those replaces was getting new Heating & A/C technology into that location. When we purchased the location, there were electric wall gas furnaces & window a/c units for Heating & A/C equipment. This wouldn’t do so we called the local Heating & A/C supplier for help. They were terrific & it didn’t take long at all for us to find just the residential Heating & A/C component that fit our needs & our budget. I sure prefer the heat pump & it does an amazing task with the Heating & A/C cooling. It also provides ample heating when there is a freezing snap.
