Living outside the U.S. undoubtedly gave myself and others an Heating, Ventilation & A/C reality check
The first thing I realized when I left this country to go to work in a developing nation far, far away was that I had a lot to learn.
And I had a lot to get accustomed to as well.
Namely, all the things the people I was with and I take for granted were total luxuries where I spent the better section of 3 years. I had the opportunity to leave the cushy zone controlled Heating, Ventilation & A/C comfort of our corporate offices to take that position. Not only would it fast track our job, I would be able to live in a locale that was so undoubtedly weird from anything that I had known. I realized undoubtedly quick that quality heating plus air was a rarity. The nation I worked in is a undoubtedly hot plus humid region. Essentially, current Heating, Ventilation & A/C technology is rare. This took some real getting accustomed to. But I took the advice of others who had been there a long time. The thing I had to do was mentally plus physically acclimate to the heat plus humidity. And I used to suppose that visiting down south was hot plus humid! I lived in a locale that didn’t have any sort of air conditioning to speak of. However, the people I was with and I did have an evaporative cooler which did make a difference. My best friends became the shade, the breeze plus a nice fan. Still, it was such a fascinating chapter in both our job plus life. Now that I’m back, I don’t suppose I’ll ever take our heat pump for granted again. Residential Heating, Ventilation & A/C seems care about a birthright in this country. And the people I was with and I simply take it for granted. It’s just not care about that in the rest of the world.
