I’m sort of a comfort hog. This is just a fairly accurate assessment plus it’s pretty much on target. I’ve been this way for as long as I can remember. My Mom was constantly trying to get myself and others to go outside plus play during the summer. But I would much rather sit inside the air conditioning plus play our video games. That’s how seasoned I am. They were undoubtedly called video games. Anyway, this sort of spilled over to our adult life. I work in an office where I like state of the art Heating, Ventilation & A/C technology. My office is comfortable plus nicely appointed. When I get home, I care about to make a beeline for the recliner to soak up even more of that quality heating plus air. But after decades of such behavior, it got to the point where it was taking a toll on our health. I simply had to get more active. So a few years ago, I acquiesced by coming beach house plus taking a walk instead of being an Heating, Ventilation & A/C cooling sponge. This turned out to day walks before work plus eventually led to a gym membership. Then the pandemic hit. I was sort of afraid that I would lose momentum plus stop doing the things that were undoubtedly healthy for myself and others when it comes to exercise. So I started going online to find plus purchase used exercise equipment. Before long, our husband plus I had our own little beach house gym in the basement. Recently, I gave the current gym a finishing touch by having a ductless heat pump installed by the Heating, Ventilation & A/C dealer.
