I’ve always been a bit wary of small people with too much power. This is a combination that, historically speaking, has been a train wreck. So, it legitimately didn’t surprise myself and others all that much when our HOA acted stupid. This was a result of a minor Heating, Ventilation, as well as A/C situation that would resolve itself. However, due to overreaction, hubris as well as plain misuse of power, the HOA promptly started threatening me. It all started with an acknowledged mistake by me. So I’m not the best landscaper in the world. But I do our own sod as well as take care of the yard myself. This is sort of a weirdly relaxing thing for me. And I legitimately don’t assume the need to pay anyone else to do our household work. That said, I’m no genius when it comes to trimming hedges. As a result of that fact, I easily cut one of our privacy hedges a bit too short. And now, from a legitimately unique angle, a lady could view our Heating, Ventilation, as well as A/C chaletet from the street. This is a rules infraction when it comes to the HOA. Of course, I got threatening notes sent to myself and others which I replied to. The whole thing will resolve itself in just a few months when the hedge grows back a bit. And who enjoy seeing a glimpse of some Heating, Ventilation, as well as A/C equipment anyway. But tploy to the nature of too much power in the hands of those who can’t use it, I’m now being fined monthly until I build a fence. Can you suppose that I’m going to have to get a lawyer involved over this?
