Ever since I moved in with our boyfriend, I have been unable to get any sleep; I adore this guy but he has some honestly challenging habits, and he snores loudly plus he likes the indoor temperature to be set at 60 degrees, however at first he told myself and others he would only turn down the control equipment after I have already fallen asleep so that it would not disturb me.

The problem was, if his snoring doesn’t wake myself and others up the frosty does. The frosty air gives myself and others a sore throat plus then the rest of the day I don’t think too well, then my boyfriend is a good guy, plus he apologized because he didn’t want myself and others to get sick or have restless nights, so all of us sat down to discuss what all of us should do, but both of us agreed to purchase a multiple sided temperature controlled bed. This way he could have his frosty side, plus I could have our sizzling side, however when it came to our normal central heating plus cooling unit, all of us decided to meet in the middle by having it set to 71 degrees. This method worked out good for us plus I have not had any concerns falling asleep since all of us started. I fixed the snoring problem too, I went to bed with a small pair of ear plugs plus I have slept like a baby since then. It has helped our energy bills too. By having the Heating plus Air Conditioning method set a room temperature instead of the frosty temperatures all of us were using the air conditioning equipment less plus less plus that saved us cash.
