What do you think of when it comes to the Winter time holidays? When I think of Christmas I think of cold weather, pretty lights, unbelievable food, family time, and fireplaces, each of these things helps to create the right atmosphere, but if you were to ask me which 1 I thought was the most important, I would tell you I thought it would have to be the fireplace.

This entirely goes back to my childhood. My parents had a gorgeous electric fireplace that the people I was with and I would constantly use for the holidays, then opening gifts on Christmas afternoon in front of the warmth of the fire was constantly a easily special feeling. I loved it so much that when I had children of my own, I wanted to supply them the same appealing experience. So when my partner and I went new home hunting numerous years ago, 1 of our must haves was a fireplace. Both of us were in advantage too, the people I was with and I found a locale that was priced cheaper than the rest of the home due to some intensive repairs that it needed. Both of us were up to the challenge of renovating the home and making it love new again. Both of us bought the new home that is now our home and made it ours. One of the first things the people I was with and I tackled was the Heating, Ventilation and A/C system. It was mostly broken, and instead of paying hundreds of dollars to have it repaired the people I was with and I opted to just update the whole thing. It was not inluxurious, but it paid off because now the people I was with and I have an excellent quality cooling system and central heater. Both of us replaced the thermostat to a programmable smart thermostat. A smart thermostat gave us all the control over our indoor climate the people I was with and I needed. Then with some remodeling and repainting it was love new again and it has been perfect ever since.
