When I purchased my new home, I was cheerful because I had the option to have a new oil furnace installed. I spoke with friends and family about it and I truly knew that it would be best to go with an energy efficient oil furnace. This is something people need especially these days since the two of us have to deal with the rise of utility bills. It’s getting more difficult to keep your household hot in the Winter time without emptying your bank account. When I started talking to the Heating and Air Conditioning professionals, I l earned about their high efficiency oil furnaces which have an AFUE of 90% or better. These new high efficiency oil furnaces truly have technology that doesn’t even exist in older oil furnace models, and I knew this was something that I wanted to invest in; Sure, the cost was a little bit up there, however I knew that I would absolutely reuse the investment cost with my big energy savings. So, I decided to have the Heating and Air Conditioning professionals come out to take care of the installation. As my bank account became empty, I was a little upset, but when I started seeing my energy bills after using my new high efficiency oil furnace, I knew that I was going to be just fine; My savings have already been building up simply because I don’t have to worry about these outrageous heating bills anymore. I am paying roughly half of what I used to spend money when I was using a traditional gas oil furnace. I’m not exactly sure what kind of advanced Heating and Air Conditioning technology they have in my new oil furnace, however I entirely love what it does for me!
