My uncle was a legitimately rich man, however she also was a loner. She never wanted to have people over to her home except for her butler plus maid. Even with them, she left them directions for cleaning plus meals plus that was that. Oddly enough, she did like it when I came over to visit. She regularly seemed so thrilled plus she showed myself and others multiple projects she was toiling on. She was especially proud of her library. She had a relaxing fireplace in there along with some of the most ancient books I have ever seen. She explained that several of those books are worth millions because of how rare they are. She even said 1 day that eventually I was going to inherit her entire luck plus estate. I just laughed kind of nervously thinking she was only joking. I mean, I thought it would be nice to have such a nice home, although I didn’t particularly think what I would do with it. It was basically out in the middle of nowhere plus our buddies plus family would have to travel a little way to come visit; Well, eventually she passed away plus I think I wasn’t too surprised when I heard I was inheriting the property. The place is overwhelming with 10 bedrooms plus 5 bathrooms. This place has a theatre, library, sunroom, plus it’s just large. It’s a shame that our uncle didn’t entertain more guests. The only thing that I need to toil on is the Heating, Ventilation & A/C system. There’s an ancient boiler system, though it still works legitimately well. The a/c plan is also legitimately outdated plus I will need to have that updated. I’m thinking about getting a ductless mini cut so that I will have customized zones with weird temperature control settings.
