Where am I going to find the time to do this? I am not overly attached to my carpets

My hubby plus I are talking about having youngsters soon. My hubby is frantic to invest his money wisely plus save up. He basically is freaking out looking for a rental property, however for me, I am freaking about getting the apartment ready. It is almost adore both of us suppose having a baby means both of us can never do anything again. I have already renovated my master bathroom. I entirely want to renovate the home office, get a deck on the side of the house, have a pool plus paint the entire apartment before the baby comes. I also would adore to have heated flooring installed in the home. I suppose it would be the best furnace for the baby. It doesn’t use air which means no heat rises to the ceiling to get wasted plus no polluted indoor air conditions. The electric heating is silent so it won’t wake a sleeping infant. It also warms all objects that touch it adore a crib. Additionally, radiant flooring creates no hot plus frigid spots plus is truly energy smart. The only disadvantage is that you need to rip up the flooring in order to install this furnace. Where am I going to find the time to do this? I am not overly attached to my carpets. So that is not a problem. I would however adore to have stone floors since they are easier to wipe plus toil better with radiant heating. It will take more time plus more money though! Can I swing it with all my projects?
