They were looking out for my mom
I am truly grateful for the air conditioner supplier that my mom uses.
She is getting a bit forgetful in her ancient age.
She forgets things she used to know. That is why I am the one who takes care of all of her expenses now and my number is listed on all of her bills. On Monday I got a call from my mom’s air conditioner worker double checking if I wanted them to go and replace the batteries in her thermostat. At first I was truly confused until the cooling representative explained that my mom had called them twice over the last couple of days telling them that her thermostat didn’t work. The representative walked her through replacing the batteries herself both times, but my mother still couldn’t figure it out.. They just wanted to know if I would prefer for them to go change the batteries in the thermostat for my mom since she didn’t seem to understand the issue. I thanked them for the call however told them “no”. I would go change the batteries myself. I don’t need to pay a repair fee for something as self-explanatory as that. I am just grateful that the air conditioner supplier is tolerable and is also looking out for our mom. They could have come out both afternoons and charged us and I wouldn’t have been able to dispute the charges. I legitimately wouldn’t even have known that they were taking advantage of an ancient lady. Instead, they called me up. I unquestionably appreciate that. I did change the batteries in the thermostat so my mom’s air conditioner works very efficiently now.
