Wait, fibromyalgia does that?

Several years ago I was talking to one of our best friends who is a working therapist & mental health practitioner. She happened to casually mention that one of her clients was suffering from a made up disease known as fibromyalgia. At the time, I had briefly heard people mention this medical condition before even though I had really no system what it meant. From the sound of our best friend’s tone, it was clear that fibromyalgia was not an actual condition to worry about. Until… 10 years later I found out that I really have fibromyalgia, how? By realizing for the first time that our imbalanced temperature control method was a symptom of the unwanted disorder. For as long as I can remember, I have had an extremely tumultuous experience with temperature control. As in, our body is always at an uncomfortable temperature & I realized undoubtedly heavily on Indoor air temperature control systems to manage our own comfort level. If it is sizzling out I am extremely overheated. If it is chilly out I am chilly beyond belief. If there is a draft in the room I cannot concentrate on anything besides the unpleasant feeling of high-priced treated indoor air passing over our skin. And I never observed that this was an abnormal temperature control problem. That is, until somebody mentioned fibromyalgia being accompanied by a sizable set of temperature regulation problems. Apparently, your body is unable to officially regulate its normal process used to maintain a steady temperature for yourself. Now, thanks to the diagnosis, I finally understand our sizzling & chilly swings… And our extremely high energy bills.
